Tap Dance

Tap is a high-energy dance lesson that focuses on making rhythms and percussion with specially-designed tap shoes. Tap dance is a great workout for your whole body improving balance, flexibility, coordination, rhythm, core strength and musicality, it is also extremely beneficial to cognitive functioning and can help to improve your memory.

Our  lessons follow The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD) Tap Dance syllabus as well as preparing for  performances throughout the year.
