Dance - Play - Express

For 5 - 12 Year olds. 

A fun, welcoming class for children who love to dance, move and play who may find concentrating for long periods of time challenging also we would love to welcome children with additional needs.

The classes will include dance games, creative activities using props, use of our acro equipment to help to develop balance, coordination and safe play. Children will be encouraged at their own pace with opportunities to join in group activities or explore movement in their own way.

 

The class is about celebrating individuality, building confidence and having fun through dance.
